Please follow the steps below to complete your registration


Step 1 : USI Number.
You will need a USI number. A USI - Unique Student Identifier is a reference number that creates an online record of your training and qualifications attained in Australia.

If you don't have one or don't know your number, please go to this website https://www.usi.gov.au/ and follow the instructions to create or find it. (In step 2- below, make sure to add your town of birth, this helps us verify it). For international work visa holders, you must add your Australian address on the form (the current address i.e. hostel address is fine). Call us if you need help

Step 2: Fill out registration.
Click on this link  and fill out the form.

Step 3: Bring in Photo ID
You will need at least one of the following (category A documents) :

  • Australian Drivers Licence (International licences not accepted)
  • QLD Proof of Age Card (18+ card)
  • Driver Authority Card
  • For International Visitors:
    • Passport

Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete enrolment. (Photocopy ID's)

We recruit prospective students, provide enrolment forms, and conduct training and assessment on behalf of QTLT RTO 40931.
