Tractor Ticket Training Cairns
Cairns Truck School's Tractor Ticket training is conducted both locally in Cairns and onsite at remote locations. The Cairns-based course involves a theory component conducted at our training centre in Cairns, with practical component and assessment conducted at our training site at Freshwater.
Nationally Recognised Unit of Competency:
This nationally recognised course gives participants the necessary skills and knowledge to safely and efficiently operate a Tractor and use attachments.
- Plan and prepare for tractor operations
- Operate in line with established requirements to complete work activity
- Drive and operate tractor, and modify the operating technique to meet changing work conditions
- Select, remove and fit attachments
- Relocate the Tractor
- Conduct house keeping
- BEGINNER Course Fees - $500
- Duration - 1 day minimum including assessment (depending on participants skill levels)
- Time - 7.00am - 3.00pm Monday to Friday
- Experienced Course - 1 day - $400*
- Must supply either OHS/RII ticket OR VOC (minimum 12 months experience)
