The 'Give Me Everything" HR Truck Package gives you everything you need to confidently step into a job in the transport industry. The skills and knowledge you gain are also useful in many other industries, thereby giving you more employment opportunities and career path choices.

HR Truck Licence

A HR truck Licence lets you drive any LR, MR or HR Class truck or bus. A HR vehicle is any heavy vehicle that has 3 axles (usually 1 at front and 2 at the rear of the vehicle). The truck training in this package consist of a 'day course'; 4 hours of training, followed by a 1 hr practical driving test. If you are still on a car licence, you will also have to do the heavy vehicle written test (you can practice here).

Forklift Licence

If you are an inexperienced forklift driver, the forklift course will take between 2-3 days. (If you have experience, please let us know as you may be able to do the shorter course with discount).

The course is nationally recognised.


Load Restraint courses x 2

This part of the package consists of 2 courses:

  1. Secure cargo
  2. TLID2004 – Load and unload goods/cargo

These courses will give you the fundamental knowledge to ensure your goods/load gets delivered safely to your destination.


White Card

CPCCWHS1001 - Prepare to work safely in the construction industry.

This nationally recognised White Card training course gives trainees basic knowledge of:

  • construction work
  • Work Health and Safety (WH&S) laws
  • common hazards encountered in construction work
  • how associated risks can be controlled

 


Fatigue Management -  online

TLIF0005 - Apply a fatigue risk management system - NHVR Approved.

This Australia Wide unit of competency involves the skills and knowledge required for Heavy Vehicle drivers (Truck & Bus - BFM/AFM)

  • As a result, drivers will work in and provide a much safer workplace for themselves and others to manage fatigue and to work safely within the transport and logistics industry
  • You will learn the relevant knowledge, roles and responsibilities required to understand, recognise and manage fatigue as a heavy vehicle driver.
  • Successful completion of the unit of competency ensures you comply with the National Heavy Vehicle Legislation and National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme (NHVAS) requirements.
  • You will receive a Statement of Attainment.
